Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

• If your voucher has expired
• If you have made a duplicate purchase
• If you change your plans after purchase
• If you mistakenly purchase a deal
• For personal reasons

That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. In exceptional cases, we may investigate and, if necessary, offer store credit as a resolution.

Any disputes or claims related to our services will be governed by the laws of the UAE.

Redemption Policy

Dealzat.com promotes various third-party merchants on our platform. When you purchase a deal, we act as an intermediary by collecting payment on behalf of the merchant and issuing vouchers for the relevant services. The merchant is the sole provider of the product or service and is responsible for fulfilling the voucher's value.

Please exercise caution with your voucher codes—anyone with access to the code can redeem it. Once a voucher has been redeemed, it cannot be used again. If you provide the voucher code to a business during a reservation but fail to honor the reservation, the merchant may, at its discretion, consider the voucher as redeemed. Please be punctual to avoid any issues.
